Our bevel gears are universally usable high performance gears for general mechanical engineering. The aluminum cased gears are suitable for the utilization on machines where only little room is available. The precision bevel gears and the generously dimensioned rolling bearings ensure a high grade of transmission accuracy. Numerous designs as angular gears or as transfer cases are within our standard scope. The bevel gears are lifetime-lubricated and maintenance-free in any mounting position. The flanges are universally equipped with fastening bores.
 
Standard transmissions are: 1 or 0.5. The transmissions are mathematically exact. The gears can be used to transmit from lower to higher speeds. The efficiency of bevel gears amounts to 90 %. The gears can be used for manual operation, set-up operation of machines and as complete drives with electric engines, fitting to the installation of IEC.
 
The standard circumferential backlash of the bevel gears - depending on gear size and transmission - goes up to 0.1° maximum. However, all bevel gears are available in low backlash editions. Fastening bores can be found on the flange surfaces as well as on the opposite of the drive shaft.
 
Generally, our bevel gears can be operated in both directions of rotation. The gears are delivered with grease lubricant and are maintenance-free under normal conditions. We aim to select the best lubricant for each application and thereby optimize the life duration of the gear. We employ modern synthetic high performance lubricants, e. g. lubricants with NSF-H1 certificate (USDA-H1) adequate for applications of the food sector.
 
The angular gears are angular gears with bevels, suitable for the rotational transmission between vertically and horizontally arranged shafts. Our angular gears are available in five basic designs.
